WoW ! ... I can't find a better word to describe my day at Gopher Dunes today for the first round of the Canadians Women's Nationals....
After just 3 weeks of breaking my collarbone at a provincial race in quebec, I decided to give it a go and try and race Gopher Dunes. Being off the bike for 3 weeks I had no idea how it was going to played out.
Well, 2 holeshots and 2 moto wins later, let's just say i am the happiest girls on earth right now. The feeling of winning my first national race ever at only 14 year old is simply indescribable and I think the picture below talks for itself. I still can't believe it. Probably the best day I've had so far in my life.
